Email SupportRestore Purchases
- Open Lexi Link.
- Open the Perk Shop.
- Tap Restore.
- Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
If a purchase still does not appear, send support your platform and approximate purchase date. Do not email full payment card details.
Daily Puzzle Or Streak Issues
- Check that your device date, time, and timezone are correct.
- Reconnect to the internet so cloud save and leaderboard data can sync.
- If a streak looks wrong, contact support with your display name and the date of the issue.
Leaderboards And Profile Names
Leaderboards may show your chosen display name, avatar color, score, guesses, wins, and streak. Inappropriate names may be removed or reset.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of cloud data associated with your Lexi Link profile, email info@computerofficesolutions.com. Include your platform and display name. We may need extra information to verify the request.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made.
